I say this all the time, but you gals can't even IMAGINE some of the odd phone calls that come into the Always a Bridesmaid office. Yesterday I got a phone call about a VERY unique wedding favor. So, unique that I was really, really, REALLY befuddled by the idea. So, I'm going to take it you readers.
I present the VivoWhite Teeth Whitening Wedding Favor Pen. So VivoWhite is a teethwhitening company and they now have these teeth whitening pens that come in a festive "wedding like" wrap, with a ribbon and are meant to be affixed on a photo of you and your man showing your pearly *hopefully* whites. I was assured that guests go crazy for this very USEFUL favor! Candy covered almonds be darned, I guess. I guess personally, I feel kind of like hygiene and wedding favors are an odd bedcouple. What next- Deodorant Favors? What do you think?
Actually, a bit of TRIVIA (on the topic of teeth whitening). Did you know that the SLOGAN Always a Bridesmaid, Never a Bride was an advertising slogan for Listerine from the 1930's? It basically was a warning against bad breath! Lest you think I'm ANTI teeth whitening, I actually LOVE my Listerine Teeth Whitening pen and am currently in the process of doing a 14 day whitening thing to get the smile right in time for Valentine's Day. I know, TMI.
(I haven't tried the Vivo White one and may need to wait till a client orders it as a favor, I suppose).
