The A: Yup! He should have one, it shows that he is a person of signifigance, aka a Wedding VIP. Other people who SHOULD have boutonnieres include: brothers who aren't in the wedding party and the officiant if he is wearing a suit. If you have room in your budget I'd also pin some flowers on readers and brother in laws as well!
